Notice required by Arizona law

As an Arizona notary public who is not an attorney, Didilia De La O publishes this notice in every language we use:

Notice

I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in this state. I am not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.

No soy abogada con licencia para ejercer la abogacía en este estado. No estoy autorizada para redactar documentos legales, dar asesoría sobre asuntos legales, incluyendo inmigración, ni cobrar por esas actividades.

We are not attorneys

Puente Grande is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We don't tell you which form to file, whether you qualify for a benefit or what strategy to follow in your case. For that, talk to an immigration attorney or a representative accredited by the Department of Justice.

Form typing

With form typing, you choose the USCIS form and give us your answers. We type them into the blank spaces for a small flat fee. We don't choose forms, tell you whether you qualify, give legal advice or file forms for you. We don't fill in court documents.

Translations

Our translations are complete and carry the translator's certification of accuracy and competence in both languages. Whether a document is accepted is decided by the agency or court that receives it.

Privacy

When you contact us by form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we use your details only to reply and provide the service. We don't sell or share your information. Documents you send us are used only for your matter.
